Hello Satans and Lucifiers, I need your help.
I bought a Mooer Radar to try different speaker sounds.
I tried to connect it to the Ranndal RX120D amplifier and Laney IRT 112 cab.
But the sound is muddy, the Radar is probably not suitable for an amplifier + cab set.
I understand that this is a...

The bridge kinda is meh I may swap it out...
Besides a couple of shitty DIY videos in the past here's a more serious effort :flex:
Both drums and guitar. How? Watch and find out! :flex:
Video was mainly shot and edited by Emil, also mega-shred-master guitarist in the band.
Both albums are re-recordings of earlier albums, for better...
Since moving to 7 string fixed bridges, I've found my desire to play my S540 or other 6 string trem guitars dying off. So, of course, that makes me want to get a 6-string fixed bridge I can tune down to B and outfit with a different pickup than what I have in my two 7s. I'd love a 1 hum/1 knob...
For many, many moons I've been eyeing a Mesa Mark amp, but things have never come together. I've almost pulled the trigger on many a Mark III or IV but I never found something that lit the fire under my ass enough to convince me to do it. Recently, I got some money, and decided to throw down on...
Yep..finally all done :yesway:
It's made of 17mm MDF (HDF) with a 13mm ply baffle & a semi-open back. Speaker's an Emi Legend GB128.
Had areal problem with the tolexing 'cause I apparently used the wrong glue & the stuff would'nt dry/bubbled like hell. Anyway, long story short I ripped...
Do you have to have the "real deal" or are you good to settle on "the same thing"?
I'm undecided on my stance, so I'm trying to figure out if I am crazy (I am) and get some logic/sense talked into me. A quick preface in that these scenarios involve someone who isn't sure what to get, so they...
IMHO, of course. We got one in used, and I'm really digging it. I would probably still go for the 20, since I'm a baby amp fan. But this really nails that hotrodded Marshall sound.
Here's a quick clip I did for Instafacepage:
I don't think they're the most impressively built amps in their...
Well I have my Rev G leaving me this weekend but I still feel like I need some Mesa in my rack given I've also sold my Triaxis. I loved the Triaxis and am thinking a Mark is what I need. SO the hard part is tossing up between tracking down a IIC+ or being smart and getting a Mark V or a Mark IV...
SevenString.org - View Single Post - SM57 sounds good only at the super edge?
Link to the post with audio clips - tl;dr on the rest of the thread, guy was unhappy with his recorded tone using a SM57, posted looking for some tips over at Sevenstring, and (god only knows why this occurred to him...
My session time as a hired gun in a country rock band has recently made a lineup change. As a result I've made the transition from bass/keys/backing vox to guitar... and keys and backing vox. I thought this was a great opportunity to finally start not only consolidating a working rig but get a...
