:yesway:
The album comes out August 28th and features also Chuck Billy.
I loved the direction these guys went with "The Living Infinite" and it seems they are moving forward in a great manner.
After roughly 24 hours of traveling half around the world and finally being home, I can post about this. I didn't even know about this until the day it was supposed to happen. I drove up for 2 hours and got lost a couple of times but I eventually made it
I arrived late at the show and...
Only partway through disk 1, but so far: :eddie:. Might be their best since Natural Born Chaos.
It's on Spotify, so you have no excuses for not checking it out:rofl:
Great song, reminds me of the Chainheart Machine/Predator's Portrait-era.
Pretty good production compared to the last album too,
still I wonder what they feed their drummer...
Thought I would stick this hear for you guys to check out too.
Been looking for a Soilwork Custom Caparison Angelus for 2 years or so now. Finally tracked this one down. Built for Ola Frenning of Soilwork, it was used to record "Stabbing the Drama" and "Sworn to a Great Divide". It was also...
I'm on Grooveshark with some songs lined up, currently listening to "Stabbing the drama".
Reminds me a bit of Threat Signal, even though I'm fairly certain this album came out first .
I dig it so far, gonna see what I think of other tracks and other albums :yesway:
I know a few of you...
So, Threat Signal played a show in a small-ish club in Hamilton, Ontario on Saturday night, and had a random guest appearance. Kind of wish I'd been at this show :metal:
I was plesantly surprised by this album.
i thought the last one was a bit shit and the guitar sound was awful.
the tone has been sorted out (a bit) and the tracks seem a lot more interesting on this one.
anyone else heard it?
I downloaded Reaper a couple of months ago, but I never got around to really using it, always fleeing back to familiar ol' Cubase. But I set myself a challenge to do a track in Reaper just to give it a try. I have to say, I'm very pleasantly surprised for a free DAW. It seems to do all I want...
That song Mercury Shadow bugs the fuck out of me.
WE KNOW HOW TO SPIT OR SWALLOW!
BRING OUT THE MERCURY SHADOW!
1) that's really gay
2) that doesn't make any goddamn sense
I mean, did someone not tell them how that translates? It's always bugged me about what's otherwise a totally badass...
...is the perfect music for blocking out your annoying coworker in the next cubicle who spends all day on the phone. It's like they all worked cubicle jobs once before, got together one weekend over a few beers, and said, "Hey, we should start a band to write music to listen to at work to block...
I've been rocking out to these guys for the last couple days. They fucking rule. The riffs are awesome, their tone is great, the production is great, and while I'm not necessarily into the style of singing, I like how they vary it up between screams and more melodic stuff.
This isn't exactly...
Three years since he peaced out, guitarist Peter Wichers has come crawling back on his hands and knees to rejoin SOILWORK. We'll let them explain: "The past two years have been great although sometimes a bit turbulent. We made another killer album and did several amazing tours around the world...
