Hilariously, I've been off work for 5 months, I'm starting on Monday, and only just now grabbed SD3. I'm mostly just using it to write, maybe if I can find some time to noodle with Reaper's free plugins I might be able to make something releasable. Anyone else using SD3? Any tips?

Just recieved the drive with sound libraries, so I have tried cooking up something 80s-ish heavy metal sound!!! I used a Bob Rock preset as foundation and then added a couple of snare / kick samples and added more "classic reverb" on snare, kick and toms. So far so good...
