Today in "things that I ordered that are definitely way smaller than expected". Received the package thinking, "Surely they accidentally sent me a fun sized snicker bar instead of the power supply I ordered, the T-Rex Fuel tank I use to power the other side of the board is like, six times this...

I need another power supply for my pedalboard. I'm currently using a Joyo unit, which I have had 0 issues with. But.. I do believe that it is adding some noise to my signal chain. So I'm looking into isolated power supplies. I don't need a ton of flexibility, nor do I need a jillion...

So, as stated, the power supply in my PC died. It was on 24/7 for about 20 months :) Anyway, it is a generic PC, anyone know if I might get a replacement PSU via warranty? I ask because when I look at various sites (mine is a Corsair) it usually states the warranty is only for the original...

To power the following... Line 6 M9 RMC Wizard Wah Korg Pitchblack ADA MC-1 Everything but the M9 are your standard 9VDC fare. The M9 is apparently a 9VAC affair with a current draw of 1100 to 1200 mA. I haven't seen a pedal board power supply that can handle all of this in one unit. Based...

Hey guys. Most of you in the US are probably familiar with the goings-on at Elixir regarding the shortage of their anti-rust unwound treble strings. For those of you who aren't; Original plain steel strings available soon Being in Australia, I only just found out about it a week or two ago due...

I think I'm about to purchase an ADA Microcab but the seller doesn't have the power supply. Can anyone recommend a place to purchase a 16v 300mA AC adapter? Google searches keep pulling up 16v 1000mA adapters or universal laptop power supplies... :ugh: Back of the Microcab unit...

So I power my pedals with a 1 spot power supply. Except one pedal (MXR EQ), which uses 18V. I do have the 18V adapter that came with the pedal but I'm lazy and the cord on the MXR adapter is pretty short so I sometimes power the MXR with the 1 spot. And don't notice or hear any difference at all...

The guys at Sam Ash said they're usually $300 new for the rack unit. More like ~$440. It takes a 9vAC 900mA minimum adapter... I found a few online, USR makes a 1000mA 9vAC adapter, I'm assuming that it means 9v RMS, having little experience with AC power adapters. Also, I'm not sure if a US...

It literally melted some stuff in it. The smoke was intense and it was hot even 30 minutes after that. I am lucky that the rest of the computer was not damaged... or better said the rest of the house and me in it!
