I cannot wait for this to come out! :metal: I am really hoping this album has the elements of Classic Symphony X with the new sound of Symphony X. Which is what it sounds like it is headed towards.

:nope: Hi all, I'm the second person to sign up here today just to spam the recording section. I thought I didn't need to read the rules that are clearly linked to on sign up, and that my spam would be tolerated. Obviously I was wrong.

So I was playing around with one of the synth patches on the Axe and I ended up recording this. It's not finished by any means (as usual :lol:) and I don't know where I wanna take it next. It's nothing like I've written before and I don't know how many of you like this kind of stuff :lol...

So I just discovered they have a new single out as of late last year. To other fans of Nightwish, what do you think of it? I need to listen to it more, but the arrangement and sound is tight, but man I just don't like the new singer.

Daaaaaaaamn, its been an *amazing* year for metal. Just when you think you've found everything there is to listen that came out recently, there's more. I've gone through the whole year pretty much listening to a new album every week. Awesome black metal right here.

/discuss My favorite genre for the past few years has been the such. I really really dig Nightwish and Epica. Within Temptation is great also. Kamelot is good also. Marco from Nightwish, Northern Kings and Tarot is pretty amazing. His bass tone is sick and I really like his vocals...
