I have 4 SATA ports on my board. SATA0 is my primary, and now im tossing a 2nd hard disk in there on SATA1.

When I boot, the drive isn't recognized. Says SATA1 Not Found.

Looking under CMOS, SATA0 is there, all snuggly and happy, but the second disk drive isnt. I'm sure I'm missing something very easy here.

And the other end is hooked up to the srive and the drive is powered? Do you have the ports disabled in bios?

Powered, and ports enabled. I made sure the drive running the OS is port 0 and the "new" drive is port 1.

Drive work in another computer? Try it on port 2 or 3?
