I bought a Jackson Phil Demmel Sig guitar a few years back. The lower end one. Bought it from a kid who hated it and threw it across the room busting the head stock. Rather than bring it to a luthier to fix properly his old man did it himself.. I bought it with the intention of buying a new neck. Didn't happen. I'm getting rid of it as the rheumatoid arthritis in my hands just wont let me play anymore. What would be a fair and reasonable price to ask?

That guitar, used, in great shape would be somewhere around 600-700. Sadly, the butcher job on the headstock will probably not make it sellable at that price range. I guess it depends on how fast you're looking to move it. Maybe, on the high end, you can ask 500.

I was thinking of asking $500. and going from there. I'm not expecting that much though. I have a bunch of other things to go with it as well to go with it. I'll be happy with $400. Now I know where to start. Thanks very much
