Brujeria and Asesino sound pretty different from Fear Factory to me, even if just focusing on the guitars. It's definitely Dino, but the vibe is different. Brujeria and Asesino are more straightforward, gritty, brutal, thrashy death metal, and Fear Factory is a bit more technical and purposely sterile, almost bordering on cyber metal at times.
I'm counting FF as his main band (as that's the one most people know him from) and all the others as his side projects. But now you mention it, I don't think he strays a million musical miles from FF with all the side projects, either.
