Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar:
Aria Pro II Steve Bailey (Avante) Fretless 6 string bass
Modifications (if any):
* Custom bone but added
* Bass fretboard was planed, and fretlines added by Third Coast Music in Chicago. In my opinion the fretlines make it a lot easier for a beginner to play a fretless in tune.
Origin/Year:
This is a Korean bass, made in '99 I believe. They were only available for about 2 years to the best of my knowledge.
Accessories (hardshell case etc):
Gig bag - not the greatest protection here, but the bass fits and this makes the bass portable.

I haven't been playing fretless too much for a while and have my eye on a Fender Jazz so I thought I would make this one available.
Great playing and sounding bass, with a lined fretboard. Comes with a gig bag that isn't fantastic, but certainly makes the bass portable.
I bought this bass from a Talkbass member named Kevin Woods (a very nice guy, btw), so hopefully he won't mind me putting up a video link to him playing this bass:
It is 34" scale, and has the Seymour Duncan basslines pickups and 2 band pre that all Steve Bailey sigs have, including the far more expensive Warwick. I believe the spacing is 18mm. Neck is dual truss rod.
Hit me up with questions if you have any.
