Me neither, but... I try not to judge quality from personal preference (even tho of course that happens sometimes too)
Oh well my opinion:
I liked the Atomic best. It had more high-end sissle that somehow sounded more like a real amp to me.
Sure you would probably LPF that shit away anyway, but...
The Ax8 sounded a bit muffled in comparison.
But both sounded good for what it was I wouldn't mind either of them in a recording.
I've never played a Friedman amp, but the Friedman presents in the AX8 are just sort of...there. I can't see using them for anything really. BUt if the $300 box pulls it off as well, then hats off to AmpliFire
