This error code comes up when launching a game, utilizing its inbuilt web browser, or checking the news section. The error message is as follows.

"There may be a problem on the Blizzard server or it may be something more serious. If the problem persists, please see the link below for more info.
Error code: BLZBNTBGS8000001C"

Still researching for solutions, but I still need help fixing this problem.

Have you tried clearing your caches? Verify the server status to make sure it is up and if so clear the Battle.net cache & flush the DNS cache & try again. If that doesn't resolve it try using Google DNS as your default.
