Anyone have this? I think it's an excellent game. I've been playing it for about a month now. There are only a few of gripes for, and most of those are either minor or are caused by other players.

I play with one other friend, but having four-man squads with people who all play together/communicate must be awesome. I bet you can absolutely slay as a squad.

If anyone uses it, my username is ZooAnimal.

How is the single player? I've been thinking on picking it up, but the MP aspect does nothing for me after MW2 going from "woo this is fun!" to "wtf that guy knifed me from 80 yards away" in a month. :(

The single player mission is pants judging from what I played of it. It's reasonably testing at first whilst you learn the controls, and then after five minutes it's easy. But I really didn't play it for long.

The multiplayer aspect of the game is where it's at, and that's where the creative energy has gone. It's precisely what MW2 should have been - engaging objective-driven game play that rewards co-operative team play.

Also, being able report enemy positions to your squad and to blow virtually anything (only shipping containers seem indestructible) gets rid of camping. Snipers aren't nearly as common as on MW2. They're still too common for my liking,

The vehicles are excellent, too. Choppering a fiour-strong invasion force and letting them parachute behind enemy lines, whilst you and the gunner lay down the cover is awesome.

I'd highly recommend it to those who were let down by MW2.

I really enjoyed the single player start to finish, and this is coming from someone who hated the first one.

coming from someone who has both, and being FAR better at MW2, I prefer BC2, as long as I have friends online. It's pretty lame only playing by yourself, you NEED friends to make it fun, and the fun grows exponentially.

with one friend, it's twice as fun. with 2 friends, it's four times as fun, and with 3, it's 16.

It's so much better with 3 friends + you because you can utterly slay with a squad of 4 people who talk to each other. We've been running two Medics, Assault, and Engineer or Recon depending on the map. a 4-man squad can beat 12 disjointed players pretty easily.

^Same here, absolutely hated the first one, but I think this is great.

MW2 is so full of cheaters these days it's completely taken the fun out of it.

That's what I expected. I've played with two people all using Skype to talk, but we were all rubbish then. An organised squad really could own. And you're right. Playing on your own really isn't anywhere near the fun you have with others.

I haven't even played the single player, thats how good the multi is. I  this game, it's outfuckingstanding. I'm AdamBath on there(as in, PC version, I refuse to play 30fps FPS's on console), as usual.
