BTBAM - Sun of Nothing (WTF?)

This just came on my ipod and I had never listened to the whole thing. Here's why I think it's worth a thread:

1. Its 11 minutes long but so weird I have to hear it all.
2. It starts out real heavy, gets less heavy, then transforms completely.
3. I can't understand why but I love it, though I'm thoroughly confused by it.

Your thoughts? Oh and this isn't entirely thought out as I have been working on a lab 6 hours and am half done.

It's on your iPod but you've never listened to it before?

That doesn't make sense to me.

Personally I love that album, but I do agree that Sun of Nothing is probably the weirdest song on the album.

Well for 1. I just added a bunch of music I couldn't fit on my old mp3. And 2. I'm sure I've heard it but I've never paid attention to it in any significant way. And yea, the album in general is great.

I'd say there are at least two dozen albums on my iPod that I've never listened to. :lol:

:lol: I seriously cannot identify with that. I have over 4000 songs on my iPod and I could tell you the song name, artist/band name, and album name of the song within 10 seconds of listening to any of them. But I guess I just don't put songs I don't like on there.

Fucking christ, I didn't know this band sounded like this, I always heard metalcore in my head when thinking of them.

Does the whole album sound like this?

Yes. It is exquisite.

3:45 always cracks me up, thought it's not as good as the ******* bar sequence. :lol:

Each track always feels like a nice breather from norm for me. They were great live too!
