The cab has a small tear in the tolex on the bottom that is not visable unless flipped. It was purchased new about 1 year ago. I have both VHT and Fryette name plates. It came with the VHT plates as it was New old stock.

The Carvin power amp is in excellent shape. Very light and LOUD.
Will fit a shallow rack.
- Power: 425W @ 8 ohms, 750W @ 4 ohms
- Bridged Power: 1500W @ 8 ohms bridged
- Output Topology: CLASS AB

Sounds good. If another buyer comes along before I will let you know to give you a chance before I sell it. But after what just happened I really don't want to put it on hold for anyone. I just had a buyer back out that also caused me to lose a backup buyer and here I sit with it still on my desk. I will make sure to contact you to give you first chance though.
