Need some regulur EMGs to put in one of my guitars. Not too hot on the Het Set for my taste, so I'm looking for a regular EMG set (81/60, 81/85) in chrome to trade for them. No pics ATM, but will get some later.

On another note, its a shame you didnt gel with them jazz. I have the JH set in my EC1000 and I absolutely love them. Just for shits, I stuck in an 81 in that guitar and IMMEDIATELY regretted it and but the JH back in.

I tried to, but I'm just so used to how the EMG 81/60 set sounds. I mean I LOVE the JH neck to death, but the bridge just has too much low end and output for my taste.

maybe drop the pickup height a bit?

Did that. Filled with the pickup height, messed with amp settings, etc. Just not a fan of the JH bridge. Either that or it just didn't work with my guitar.
