Yeah, it's something that applies to all of us who make decisions all day (even small ones), and especially to those of us whose job it is to convince others to make decisions :lol:

With this knowledge, can you schedule based upon the time of day, and what type of decision you'd prefer (quick & easy vs. one that requires deeper consideration)?

Did you have to take any psychology courses?

I imagine that's something you can take away from this. Scheduling taxing, high-impact decisions, figuring out when to have a small snack of some sort to refuel willpower, that sort of thing.

Even just becoming more conscious of how much "mental energy" you have left in the tank is important.

Plus, it also indicates exactly when you want to schedule conferences with a judge...

Oh, and I took Psych 101 in college, and that's it. Mostly not useful in my line of work, honestly.
