I want to like this movie. Green Lantern was my favorite hero as a kid but the look of this movie just puts me off.

Same here

I just don't get the need for all the effects on the suits and everything, it stands out WAY too much. Ryan Reynolds eyes seem to be popping out of the mask.

I have high hopes for this film. Green Lantern was always one of my favorite DC comic heroes, and I think this movie looks like it could be pretty slick.
