Hey,

I know a few of you guys have taken your trems off your guitars and bathed them in a cleaning solution to get the grime off.

I'm cleaning up/fixing up my landlord's charvette, and I'd like to clean up the bridge. What goes into the solution you guys use? I thought about CLR but it might be overkill? Aside from that I think she just needs new pots, strings and a set-up.

I was cleaning the floyd from a old Jackson Fusion (20 years of muck) I got a while back and I just took it all apart and soaked the parts in 3-in-1 oil for a day or so.

I would just give the bridge a good spray with electrical cleaner and let it soak, could also you WD40 then wash it in warm soapy water then dry it :yesway:
