in some nice restaurants theyll ask if youd like a cheaper steak with your meal since it wont make a quality difference that cooked :lol:Apparently I'm a whore :lol:
The worst part is, I get it from my mother, who also likes things well done.

Any kind of ground meat should be medium-well or more. Pink inside burgers is bad.
But my steak i like to be tender and meaty inside, but warm all the way through. But as soon as it gets to be that gray-brown all the way through, it loses its juiciness and its flavour, in my opinion. Well-done steaks are dry and flavourless... you might as well just be eating a piece of leather. But i'm not a big fan of the texture of most raw meat unless i know it's a REALLY good piece of meat that's been properly cut and aged. I've had some amazing carpaccio, and i do like sushi. :yum:

Medium or medium rare. It depends on the restaurant, since they sometimes have different standards of what is medium and what is medium rare. I do like to have the inside bloody and the outside nice and cooked.
I usually eat steak about once a week and I have my favorite steak place that I go to quite a bit.
To be honest, I like it cooked pretty much any of the ways you said. Love how biased the poll is. :lol: It's like, "if you don't like it the way I like it, then you are a whore that likes to eat poop!"

I prefer my steaks well done. The flavors that people claim are so good about rare steak I find disgusting. I also hate the texture.
