The string saddles? You have to slide them to the right spot so the guitar strings intonate properly or elxe you'll be out of tune on most of the fret board.

Actually, if you look close, his low and high E-strings seem to be backed up a bit compared to the ones next to them. Nowhere near correct, but he may have been able to get 4 different guages on there :lol:
