Today, I came home from work and picked up my mom from work. She said that something from the UK had come for me, and I was puzzled - I haven't paid any UK people for their handywork as yet..
I asked her what it said on the label, and she said "booty-que" so I knew what it was, of course. Can't say I was expecting something I didn't order lol.
I'd like to know who exactly I owe a very large beer to for this kindness!?
I tried it out on all my channels, tweaking it to see what exactly it did. Both me and my sister prefer my clean tone with the comp off, however I can think of music where I'd want the comp on. It could be possibly used for leads using my crunch channel (amp was unboosted at time of testing) to make things a little more fluid.
All in all, I'm proud to say I own a piece of Mike's work, and it's a nifty little gadget! I'll put it to good use
Cheers, folks!
EDIT: it was actually mike and scotty (the dude who gave me my full stack) who got me this, thanks to both of them! I've added a pic and the link to mike's website
