Sounds like a vintage police themed porn series that started out classy like a more explicit rip off version of Shaft (his catch phrase is, "You've just been railed" while he looks directly at the camera and some horn heavy music plays) but the titles started out oblique and clever but got more and more tasteless as time went on.
