I'm right around 190 lbs with probably 11-12% I'm guessing. I was 188.5 the last time I weighed myself. Looking to get at 195 lbs with about 8%.

:shrug: I eat at 7,10,1,4,7 and 9-10.Damn, that's a lot of protein... I just read a study that anything over 30 g's is overkill. And yeah, you don't necessarily need cardio.

I been training good past 3-4 weeks. Diet is on point. The guy who does my bf also does my diet for me.
I average 36-40 grams of protein 6 times a day.
