I am a huge fan of WS_FTP, but there is no Mac version. On their site (and a bunch of others) were a bunch of recommendations for Cyberduck, so I tried that. And I think it sucks. :\

Anything else out there that's better? I'm looking for something that does left-right windows (left -> local, right -> remote) and ideally has integration so that I can click a file and upload it directly from Finder, ala WS_FTP's browser integration in windows.

Edit: Though I think I can map an FTP folder in Samba and just mount it as a share, eh?

I don't mind paying for something if it's good and I use it a ton. I bought WS_FTP because it's bloody awesome, just can't find a Mac equiv that's even close.

Have you ever used WS_FTP? It makes Cyberduck look like an 8-bit DOS app by comparison.

Transmit' its simply tthe best I've tried. I used to use WS_FTP as well

I hate Cyberduck, when I looked up Transmit vs Yummy the verdict seemed to be that Yummy was better. I got it and love it. It has a 30 day trial so you can see if it is for you.

I found Filezilla to be the best free FTP client for the mac.
