Does anyone know where to get an A/V switch that has like 8 inputs and 1 output?

Hooking up the game consoles...and I just have way too many

If you find one, let me fucking kknow. I'm about ready to build one
I'm pretty sure the only ones I've ever seen with a large number of inputs also have a large number of outputs.

I may end up doing the same thing
That thing is awesome, but it is HDMI. I need one with RCA.

I've done some looking on eBay, gonna check amazon in a minute...
Dude. These are old video game consoles

N64, Dreamcast, Playstation, CDX, SNES, NES, etc. of course it is going to be composite.

My Xbox 360 is connected via HDMI and the Wii is hooked via component of course.
Embrace the power of the emulator

I'm not really a serious gamer, emulators are absolutely perfect for me (and soo much easier to deal with).

Beware. That device only switches video.
If you're a collector, then put your vintage consoles in pretty glass cases and run emulators on a computer for actual playing. The 3D consoles will usually look better running on modern PC hardware, anyway. Plus, the "save state" option is great to have.

Ah fuck. :(

Why would I not want to actually PLAY my collection? The idea of things just sitting on the shelf just to have them sucks IMO. I collect games that I like to play, and of course the physical medium provides the nostalic fun.

two thoughts when I hear this...

and of course

I'm actually a very neat and tidy fellow :)
Smells nice, too :yesway:
