The lack of whoop whoop is, in fact, hurtful. These might warrant a pass, however.

The other thought was take that purple finish, and apply it to a 513 with all Rosewood neck. I will admit the 513 electronics facinate the shit out of me.

Won't that be a huge undertaking and cost mucho $$$? Not that you don't have that kind of money, just seems like it'd a be a whole lot spent for very little return

I think it really varies model by model, so if you want one of these you don't want to order it, but rather pick one our based on an actual photo.

This has a little more whoop whoop, Martin Music did a limited run of 25 Custom 24's with OFRs and they just started arriving (most of them sold as soon as pics have been posted) this past week.

If it had a rosewood neck I might have been tempted but the price is way steep for what it is, IMO. Nevertheless, still a sexy guitar.
