yeah I hate demos on the PS3. Extremely long download times, then a long-ass install, then once you get into the game, you gotta give it like 10-15 minutes to install the update to the game.

Yeah, it's seriously annoying. They're charging $60 a pop for these games. You figure the least they could do is make getting demos a little easier, because I'm not spending that much on a game I haven't even tried.

I was excited because I figured I'd get to play the demo a little before I went to bed. Doesn't look like that's going to happen now. I'm a sad, sad panda.

My demo for Turtles in Time downloaded in under 5 minutes AND installed in about 1-2? What the fuck are you guys doing to make it take so long?

I think the placement of my PS3 may be affecting my connection. It's in my bedroom and there's a bunch of copper piping between my router and the system. Strange thing is when my laptop is in my room, the connection is still really good/fast. So... I honestly have no idea.

Yeah, and it's my payday. Lucky! I pre-ordered my copy so I'd be able just to go in and pick it up on my way home from work.

I'm still downloading the demo even though trustworthy sources say the game is amazing. Getting the demo for Katamari Forever, too. The connection's much faster. I think it's because all the stupid neighborhood brats are at school.

I put in my pre-order today and picked up the strat guide. The guide kind of blows but it does tell you want you need to do unlock parts and earn trophies.
