[Toe-Knee]

Hey guys does anyone know where i can grab a SPST push switch thats thick enough to fit through a guitar body? The only ones i can find are really short.

I know i could always route a bit out inside the cavity but that would destroy the swirl on the inner cavity which will be seen through the clear cavity cover.

What about gluing an "extender" to the switch? I haven't seen what you are describing.

The actual switch is fine. I didn't explain properly.

Its the actual threaded part that isn't long enough to go through the body. They all seem just long enough to fit through a pickguard which is clearly no good.

I always got mine at Radio Shack. They always seemed to have plenty of threads but it's been a while since I bought one so maybe they've changed.
