Depends on whether the states are one-party or two-party consent.Did they know they were being recorded? If not, that audio is also useless to anyone since it's considered illegal if you didn't inform them.
It's also going interstate so I figured federal law would've applied, but if he had called them and they gave him an automated "you're call may be monitored" he wouldn't be able to use that call as also authorizing Kiesel to be recorded correct? That seems like it'd be a fairly large loophole.California is a two-party consent state per Google.
Wiretap Act is one-party consent. It's also going interstate so I figured federal law would've applied, but if he had called them and they gave him an automated "you're call may be monitored" he wouldn't be able to use that call as also authorizing Kiesel to be recorded correct? Is it interstate? His location is Long Beach... Kiesel is in Escondido, so I'm assuming Long Beach is this guys actual location...It's also going interstate so I figured federal law would've applied, but if he had called them and they gave him an automated "you're call may be monitored" he wouldn't be able to use that call as also authorizing Kiesel to be recorded correct? It's just odd that you're a brand new member, posting a shitty experience, using the name of the offending party . . .Everything I posted is truth. I did not buy a guitar from a Facebook post. I saw a live video of Jeff announcing the run. Thats it. No mention of a FB page, or any rules or terms.
I have ordered from Kiesel before and called back the next day to make changes no problem. I realize that if they already started the guitar, I would not be able to make changes. DUH!
Didn't even realize it until I read this, had a brainfart and thought his location was Long Island, not Beach :lol:Is it interstate? His location is Long Beach... Kiesel is in Escondido, so I'm assuming Long Beach is this guys actual location...
This is also very unusual, but maybe it's intended to be a black mark for any Kiesel SEO?It's just odd that you're a brand new member, posting a shitty experience, using the name of the offending party
It's not that we don't care... It's that signing up to spam new forums isn't the best way to go about this.Everything I posted is truth. I did not buy a guitar from a Facebook post. I saw a live video of Jeff announcing the run. Thats it. No mention of a FB page, or any rules or terms.
