I think you're confusing this guitar with the one from 2007, which had a Tone Zone 7 and an Air Norton in it.

This one is PAF7s in both the bridge and neck.

I am thinking of maybe switching both of the pickups to Seymour Duncan Blackouts in the future. I'm sure people will be yelling "Blasphemy!!!!" at the notion, but I love Blackouts. :wub:

Oh, but they aren't all black. :lol: The Gibson is "Ebony." The RG7EXFX2 and SR305 are "Iron Pewter." And, well, the RG8527Z is "Black Onyx" and the RG1527 is "Galaxy Black."

:lol: Not yet. This plays a lot better than any of my other guitars, but I still slightly prefer the sound of my RG1527 for rhythm guitar. The PAF7s are pretty low output, compared to the Blackouts which are super high output. And my baritone just sounds unique specifically because it's a baritone.

But, yeah, I've put it in the "guitar stand of honor." :lol:
