Canon U.S.A. : Consumer & Home Office : PowerShot G12
10mp, decent-sized chip, better in low light, 720p video, adjustable screen, optical viewfinder, hot shoe.
I've been holding off on a higher end (well, higher end than my SD1200IS) because while I dig the quality of dSLR's, I found that when I owned one (Canon 10D, Digital Rebel, D70s) I never used it. I'm a big time fan of the old school rangefinder cams, and this is a little derivative of that.
Can't wait to see the reviews of this vs. the new Nikon D7000.
