Sounds great, still has the original T-Top in it, so the pickup is not as hot as the dirty finger reissue in my 78. I havent decided if i want to keep the original or put a dirty finger in this one as well.

The guy had a fret job done, so the frets on this one are bigger. This one is also almost a pound heavier but still feels good.

Nice one! How does it compare to your '78 in terms of sound and playability?

What never a big fan of EMG's, I really like the gibson Dirty finger reissues though so I might just have to go with that, or maybe the JB, had one in my 68 reissue and it sounded good.

Funny thing, around christmas I was looking for a new watch, so my wife wanted to get it for me for Chirstmas. So anyway we go watch shopping and I like the all metal watches and my wife keeps telling me they make me look like i am an Italian guy from the Jersey shore.

Anyway we finally ended up getting this one which I guess was technically my first silverburst. Of course my wife liked it without knowing it looked like a gibson guitars finish.

Weird thing I like silverbursts, but if I didnt get this guitar in a trade I would have never gone after one, but just weird how I get a silverburst watch and less then a month later I get a silverburst Les Paul Custome.

Anyway I am thinking I am taking my wife watch shopping again this weekend, this time I am looking for for a watch with a burst face and one that is cream colored with gold accents. And then for the next month I am going to sit here waiting for my New Les Paul custom Randy Rhoads model reissue and a Gibson Les Paul G0, which is basically a R0 (60 reissue) but made for guitar center so it has the 60's slim tapered neck.
