I posted a question about the Pro Rack, and got some pretty good feedback from you guys. On your advice, I contacted Buck at ISP, who told me that I could order a replacement part. Now I can't get him to reply, so I think he might be busy over there. I know that the pics aren't the best, but should identify what I am talking about. If I walk into Radio Shack, what is this that I am asking for? Thanks for the assist.

Honestly dude, if you don't know how to take that off and measure it then you really shouldn't be attempting to repair such an expensive bit of gear.

Well, there is no warranty and if I don't try to do something, then it is trash. I figured since I already have a replacement in my rack, and I'm trying to use this as a learning experience, might as well give it a shot.

Unsolder it from the board. There should be some other markings on it.

It's a sealed potentiometer of some sort. But without other markings, and without measuring it, it's pretty hard to say what value it is.
