Killer!!!
Positive Grid's JamUp Pro & .strandberg* Boden 8
Here's a video playthrough testing Positive Grid's JamUp Pro app. This is, by far, THE coolest guitar app out there.
I'm using the furious "Ola War" amp sim of Ola Englund's and Keith Merrow's sig Noise Gate. As far as guitars are concerned, I'm using my Strandberg Guitarworks Boden 8, with which I've created a really strong bond, and, hands down, they are the coolest looking and coolest sounding guitars out there. Needless to say that bass tone is B7K direct ;-)
Presets I used within JamUp Pro are: "Blackface clean", "Tremolux", "Bulb Lead" and the rhythm patch I made a bit brighter but it's very similar to Misha Mansoor's "Bulb Rhythm" I think. (I started making it a bit biased from watching his JamUp Pro test video). Guitars were recorded in Garageband for iPad using Audiobus, then imported into Cubase, and they have absolutely no post-processing whatsoever. That's how awesome this app sounds!
By the way, the audio is an excerpt off of one of the songs I'm preparing for my new album. There are a lot of guitar parts, such as clean and melodies, in this video and I have made them as identifiable as unconsciously possible. I'll post another version in which these parts will play lead role and they will be constituting this audio clip in its entirety.

But you should really get a digital interface instead of one that connects to the headset port (better audio quality, less noise, no crosstalk etc.)
Here's my way of putting on some herbs and "spicing up" the Positive Grid's JamUp Pro video playthrough I posted a few days ago. The main rhythm preset preset I used is kinda close to the one Misha Mansoor published via Positive Grid using the "Ola War" Amp by Ola Englund. Have a listen!
