Okay - on the new Jackson King V I bought, the top string ferrules popped out when I changed out the strings. (2 of them did, anyway)

Can I just use some wood glue to keep them in? Should I order some metal ones from Stew Mac or someone and replace them (they seem to be plastic of some sort)?

On the plastic front, is there anything wrong with the plastic pickup rings? Should I replace them when I go after the pickups?

Just put a small dab of Elmer's white glue on the ferrule when you restring and that will hold it :yesway: wipe any over flow off with a barely damp cloth.
