Darkadian - Limb

It's so much more tight and responsive, handles the low Ab really well, I'm really loving how this came out. Had a little re-mix and master of it too while I was at it!

T'is most phat, sir! Really nice mix on this, dude. I'm guessing the mastering is what makes this sound so polished and alive. But the mix is great; you can hear every instrument.

Stella work as always, mate.

Oh no! Not THAT plug in! And an 808 hit?! You need to post this up over on SS.org. They'll love those two bits.
I listened to the first thirty seconds through tiny little netbook speakers and this still sounded awesome. A neat "metallic" tone. Nice work. :)
Thank you kind sirs!

Thank you sir! And yes, THAT plug-in! Jealous? Thought so. And fuck you, I've been using sub-bass bombs since before it was cool!

Sucka owes you, man.

The guitar sounds great in Ab (for a standard scale instrument (it is, isn't it?)). What gauge strings are you using on it?

Yeah it's standard scale. It's just got such unbelievable note clarity. I'm assuming that's down to these 3 things - Mahogany + EMG + Ebony. I'm not actually sure what tonal properties ebony brings to the table, so if anyone in the know wants to chime in at this point feel free!

I use a 9-46 hybrid 6 string set with a 60 for the low Bb/Ab
