Then I got past the beginner hump, into the story, played the first one completely through 3 times in a row, followed by 2 runs through the second. Part of the problem I think for me was that I wasn't a pc gamer at the time(just before ME2 came out), I found the controls completely frustrating and tedious. I may play it again and see if I'm better at it since I'm pretty much only a pc gamer now :lol:Same thing happened to me at first. If you didn't play the first one, definitely do it before playing the second. Both games are stellar, and you really need to play 1 to get the whole "experience" of the second. Man, RDR just keeps dragging me back in, I can't put it down!
Yeah it's pretty addictive, I unlocked the legend of the west outfit yesterday.. Trying to stab a bear is fucking hard. :lol:
I have got Mass Effect 1, but I got bored of it very quickly.
I'll be sure to revisit it before 2!

Just finally got around to playing this yesterday... I fucking love this game. I'm in Mexico just past the DeSanta missions.
I'm playing it, too. It's actually on my other monitor right now. :lol: I'm playing Liars' Dice and trying to get the bandito outfit, because I really don't feel like going after cougars with my knife right now.
I got 100% completion last week and now I'm just messing around with the multiplayer stuff. Compared to single player, the multiplayer stuff sucks big time, but with 100% completion, there isn't much else to do. :lol: At least until I go to a different game.
You can try some high stakes poker with the new addition of the Gentleman's Attire, which looks ridiculous on him. :lol:
I dunno. I out-pokered myself when I cleaned out everyone in Blackwater for $5000 or so dollars. Killing cougars with your knife is a breeze compared to killing bears with your knife that you have to do later. :lol:I'm playing it, too. Greeeat... I finished up with the cougars, though, and it seems like it doesn't matter whether or not you shoot them a few times before you finish them off with the knife, so that should help with the bears.
I think I cheated then... I shot a bear in the ass a couple of times and then knifed it while it was chasing down some poor sap on a horse...Killing cougars with your knife is a breeze compared to killing bears with your knife that you have to do later. :lol:
Also, I love how, in shootout mode, you can place like 6 Xs on your opponents face and then watch as his head is blown into pieces as he falls. I really dig the way they chose to animate that.
I hope theres a badass expansion for this game soon, I've finished the storyline now, and only have challenges to do...
