If those necks were stable worth a damn it would be. Ive never had one stay good. Ive had a few now and theve always started well enough, and then warped into a wannabe torzal without the good over a while.

It fucking pisses me off. Ever notice my old handle at ss.org? note the IBZ part? I was a total ibby guy for a LONG time. they used to call me with questions about ibanez from my work before i worked there, cause i could figure out anything they needed to know. I could find weird parts for shit. I love ibanez. I just hate 99% of what theyve produced since 02 or so. There is no excuse for a $400US guitar to fucking warp and die so fucking consistantly. They also completely fucked their neck contours. Wizard IIs suck. My old Wizard II before the change that they deny happened fucking rules. 02 or so they got shitty.

I used to run around dildo modding ibanez for hours a day. Now, i feel like im polishing a turd, instead of making an ok guitar into a decently nice one for the scrill

That's really ridiculous the neck warps...I had a $50 guitar neck thats been sitting in my garage for a while and I just re-assembled the guitar a few weeks ago and it hasn't warped :lol:

I think it's partly because it's an unfinished neck. Well, that and Indonesia tends to use a softer maple.

My painted/sealed necks seem to be more stable than the unfinished neck on my RG1570.

The RG3EXQM I had briefly had an unfinished neck. And that was at the $350 price point. I'm just assuming about this RG7321FM. Perhaps someone else here could say for sure.

They use a gloss type finish, not sure exactly what it is, but it is finished.

Sam ash had a 6er in that finish with a reverse headstock and an edge III - They used to make a hardtail sixer with that finish

I briefly considered getting one but when i bought my rg3exqm i had to play like 5 of them to get one with a good neck and I didn't want to take the chance on mail ordering a turd I hadnt played before.

Hmm... Strange thing about the neck warp - I have a 4-year old RG7321 MII and no problems so far. The original neck contour was awful though... Nothing a visit to a local luthier and a little bit of sanding can't fix and after putting Merlin passive humbuckers in it - the thing growls :hbang:
