I've owned both, and they're of equal quality. The Schaller minis are a drop-in replacement for all Gotoh minis and most OEM mini tuners.

Which, really, is enough to put them way ahead of Sperzel in my book.

I think Sperzels feel a bit more solid, but there's definitely a lot to be said about pre-existing compatibility.
