Les Paul Nut
hey bud can you toss up the updated pics of your axe? I missed the original pictures and I'm quite curious about it.
I know exactly what you mean, I've had that same thought many times. Thats the one thing that I'm not feeling about Suhrs, really.Looks great... there's just something about the lower horn on the Modern that doesn't sit right with me. It's like the horn is too long and the cutaway is narrower than the upper one.
The EMG thing aside from earlier lol, that thing looks amazing. Love the look of the neck on it. The whole thing looks so minimalist and utilitarian. Awesome. :yesway:
Nah, on the first page of the thread, I was lamenting that they weren't EMGs. :lol:they werent EMGs but id rather not get into what they were. Im sure they make killer pickups, as they are pretty popular amongst 7 and 8string players. I probably just didnt get the right models for my body wood, etc.
And yea, I dont do the fancy guitar thing, personally lol
Andersons have had these for years. It's a cool feature.Total tangent here, but still Suhr related. In the GG sig, they have a "blower switch" which basically routes the bridge pickup straight to the output jack, bypassing all the controls and thus the treble bleed.
Any opinions on this?
Pretty basic circuit design, I might try it sometime.
