A few months ago, i had problems falling asleep but instead stayed awake til 4.a.m....not able to sleep. Luckily, one night i was browsing channels on the T.V., when i came across a concert of this band, shown on german TV.

I was blown away, really, propably the tightest live band ever, i immediately bought one of their records. A year later now, i recognized that there are 2 more CDs out already, just picked them up both. This time, both records are 50% cover-version, and 50% own material.

The newest one, "Von Abba bis Zappa" - well, the titel says it all, includes not only the cover of the Simpsons Theme, but also Abbas "Gimmegimmegimme", PLUS: 2 Medleys of Zappa songs, both times 3 songs merged into 1 - and they are mindblowing, total brainfuck!

You see, usually i'm really, REALLY, not into coverversions, but these are great! Their version of Birdland is GOLD! And i love how they made a smooth blues-ballad out of Sabath's Paranoid.

Oh, Samba-Rammstein anyone?

Here some of their own songs, and live:

(song starts at ~ 02:00)

Oh, and you must check out their drummer, Sebastian Lanser:
