I just ordered the ts9 plus mod from Monte Allums. I'm just curious as to if any on here has modded a tubescreamer and what they thought of it?

I don't see the Plus Mod you're referring to. The mod that was in mine was just the regular $20 mod kit.

Hmm, thats weird. If you go to his site and then go to Pedal Mods, then Individual Pedal Mods it should be under there as "Ibanez Tubescreamer"

All I see are the ts9dx dual drive, ts9/ts808/od9 tri gain, and the regular mods. I did a search for the word "plus" and it finds it for all the other pedals on that page.

Did you get the 21.99, 23.99, or the 19.99 kit?

Hey sorry I always call it a ts9 plus but I guess it's technically called something else. The mod that I got was the ts9dx dual drive mod from $21.99.

I have the Monte Allums Blues driver mod........ it is killer does wonders for in the face of most tube amps. The only thing is the light is so fucking bright it is almost blinding, not sure why they did that.:yesway:

Haha I did see in the description for the mod that I got that a brighter led is one of the things that comes with it.
