Hello there, guitar slingers!


There are many guitarists out there who are avoiding weight lifting because they are afraid that any unwanted injury could harm their fingers and therefore their guitar playing ability. I used to hear it ALL the time when I was growing up! Is it true, though? Today, I would like to express my own opinion on this matter.
