I haven't used it enough to make a strong decision. I have also only used it in an "average consumer" setting and not an "enterprise network" setting.

I've been using it at home now for a bit, and I think it's alright. My co-worker has it installed on his machine for testing, and it's alright, but the Active Directory tools and shit are slow as fuck. Other than that he hasn't had any problems to speak of, even though he's runnign 64 bit and everything around here is 32.

my only problems so far with Windows 7 is that I think there's a small incompatibility with my hard drive, Firefox = blue screen of death, and the default firewire drivers don't work and I had to use the included legacy drivers.

My AD snapin loads within 2-3 seconds, but then again, AD could be a bit smaller here than it is where you guys are :lol:

He loads his AD snapin, and it basically freezes for 30 seconds or more while it loads.

Here AD can be slow when browsing through domains, trees, etc....but we also have a HUGE network.
