Getting a GSP1101

So i'm getting a GSP1101 for christmas, (my parents are paying mostly over then me trying to sell some shit) and i'm wondering what the "beta" software thing actually gives, I know it gives the amp models from the RP1000 like the 5150, RG100 etc but what about the effects? I haven't seen anything about the distortion/overdrives or the effects (on the digitech site it says the GSP has 39 effects and the RP1000 has 89!)

So does the beta thing include everything the RP has? I don't want to get the RP because it doesn't have the bass/mid/treble on the face of the unit and i'm getting a midi floorboard with more available presets.

I browsed through the site and searched but couldn't find anything about this (other than the added amp models) so can someone familiar with the beta be of assistance?

Yeah, the beta version should bring you up to the same number of effects and amp models as an RP1k. It'll be better though, because of the second processor and ability to use cab IRs.

Also, if you happen to get the floorboard at some point, the Beta updates apparently fix a lot of tracking issues with the rocker pedal ie: wah, whammy, etc..

I have to say though that the IR Loader has to be one of the absolute best features on it. It's the one thing that makes it so much better than a Line 6 Pod (XT/X3 version anyway, I've never had a chance to try an HD).

I know that a "IR Loader" is to download impulses (at least that what I think it is) but if i'm just playing by myself is that something I would want? I'm getting a behringer floorboard btw (can't remember the model)
